Black Islander Co Endeavours to ensure the information on this website is accurate but will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of the information. Every effort is made to ensure the prices are correct but should the price quoted be wrong we give you the option of cancelling the order. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if we have insufficient stock or the price was incorrectly listed. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you and re-credit your account but will not be held liable for any additional compensation for inconvenience.
Shipping/Payments
Payment may be made by Cheque, Postal Order, Bankers draft and sent by mail. We also accept Credit or Debit Cards through the Secure Payment Section on this Website.All payment must be in Pounds Sterling and received by us before we despatch the goods. If the goods are not in stock and have to be ordered prior to despatch, payment must be received by us to ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase.Payment details are destroyed by us once the order has been sent.
VAT is inclusive of all items to UK and EU. The VAT will be deducted from orders placed and delivered outside the UK but it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any local taxes and duties on orders sent VAT free.
Delivery within the UK is charged on all orders and will vary according to the order but there will be a £3.00 minimum charge unless postage is included in the price as stated Maximum charge will be £10.00 unless otherwise advised and accepted. All orders show a nil charge but all customers will be contacted with the post and packaging costs before processing.Only on the customers approval will the charge be made. Delivery charges outwith the UK will incur an extra charge. Delivery will be made to the address requested on the order and it is your responsibility to make sure this is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS POLICY
Under the UK DIstance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel the contract for your order with us. We will issue you with a full refund or replacement but the goods will have to be returned at your own expense. GOODS RETURNED POLICY- Goods must be returned to us in the condition they were sent out and must be received by us in perfect condition with original labels attached within 28 days to be able to be refunded. PLEASE NOTE-Postage will be charged on all goods returned for exchange. If goods are faulty we will exchange at our own expense. All faulty goods must be returned in a clean condition as we are unable to accept any soiled goods. Until we receive the goods they are your responsiblity. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
